PAYMENT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
We aim to dispatch goods the same or next day, for a 3-4 working day delivery service.(The delivery services we use is 48 hours and insured, as it is more secure, once they leave us.) If you have not received anything within 5 working days please contact us as we aim to notify you of delays and the parcel could be in transit and need chasing. i.e no one was in etc. Please note while we keep the site up to date with stock items, sometimes due to demand or space we may need to order from the manufacturers, this will add a slight delay to your order on some occasions but we would contact you.
After choosing your goods, you can proceed to the checkout and pay for your order by credit or debit card through our secure integrated service.
Upon receipt of your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Up until despatch of your order you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time.
ORDER ERRORS / DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing or email within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available. You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing that you return the item via the method we advise.
Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.
You are eligible to claim a full refund if the goods you have ordered are not delivered within 30 days. You must notify us of non delivered items within this period.
Refunds will be carried within 10 working days.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags and packaging, odour-free, unused, unworn, we will offer you a credit note for the full value of the item, allowing you to order an alternative product of similar value as a replacement. Alternatively a refund can be issued.
You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We can only accept the return of goods in their original condition including tags and packaging and that are odour-free, unused and unworn.
All return items must include their order number which can be obtained by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org – No returns will be accepted without this order number.
We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If an item is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
If in the event that you wish for us to re-deliver an item that has been returned back to us by our courier due to a non-delivery, you will be responsible for the payment of the re-delivery postage.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit
For your protection, undergarments (including rash guards), mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new and unused.
